Hello, I am Nina, a Pilates enthusiast, and a cat lover. I have been learning dance since I was young, for almost 20 years, and I enjoy exploring methods of using the body.
For me, Pilates is a way to reset both the body and mind, returning to a calm state. I love self-practice, and I regularly continue my education through classes. I hope more people can get to know Pilates, and every member who comes to Cloud Studio feels a sense of mental peace and joy from movement.
I really love the Balanced Body system, which allows flexibility and freedom within a structured framework. Balanced Body is the world's largest and most historically established manufacturer of Pilates equipment and also an internationally recognized system.

Hi everyone! I'm Jasmine, an office worker who spends long hours in front of a computer.
I first got into Pilates when I noticed my muscles becoming stiffer and my posture starting to deteriorate.Every time I finish a Pilates class, I feel like I've been rebooted - completely refreshed.
As I continued with Pilates, I truly experienced how it not only makes the body stronger but also helps with relaxation, stress relief, and brings balance to both body and mind.
I am currently undergoing Balanced Body Reformer training, and I really appreciate how the Balanced Body system emphasizes precision, relaxation, and muscle strengthening.
I want to share this concept - strengthening while also relaxing and de-stressing - with more like-minded, positive people and start this journey!

Hello everyone, I'm Lynn, a content creator and self-media practitioner. I have five years of yoga experience, and three years ago, I was introduced to Pilates - and have been deeply in love with it ever since. Compared to other forms of exercise, Pilates holds a unique and irreplaceable value for me. It helps activate the deep muscle groups that are often hard to notice, while also enhancing body alignment and awareness.
To deepen my understanding of Pilates, I completed the Balanced Body Reformer instructor training. This journey not only gave me a solid foundation in anatomy and movement principles, but also helped me transition from being a student to becoming a teacher who can guide others.
In my classes, I enjoy helping students rediscover their sense of alignment and control. I focus on guiding proper muscle engagement and movement execution, while encouraging each individual to challenge themselves and unlock their full physical potential.

Hello, I’m Moqi. I’ve always loved moving — from lifting at the gym to dancing — and over time I’ve come to see movement as a way to slow down and reconnect with myself.
Pilates feels like the perfect balance: it builds strength while keeping the body light and elegant, and it brings a calm that stays with me beyond the studio. For me, it’s almost like a quiet conversation with the body.
I hope to share that feeling with others — that Pilates isn’t just exercise, but a path to confidence, ease, and graceful energy

JP graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and also studied as an exchange student at SUNY Purchase in New York. She later worked as an apprentice dancer with Company Chameleon in the UK, where she developed solid skills in body control, strength, and expressive movement through her professional dance training and stage experience.
As a certified yoga teacher with RYT-200 and RPYT-100 Yoga Alliance credentials, JP has many years of teaching experience. Her classes are both detailed and powerful, emphasizing body awareness and alignment. She guides students to build strength and stability while improving flexibility. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, her teaching will provide a grounded and inspiring practice.

Hello, I’m Fia, a Pilates enthusiast with a background in fashion and creative industries.
From a young age, I was exposed to different forms of dance, which nurtured my passion for movement and body expression. Over time, I became fascinated by the connection between physical movement, lifestyle, and overall well-being, and Pilates naturally grew into an essential part of my life.
When I discovered the Balanced Body system, I was immediately drawn to its approach. It has deepened my awareness of the body and shown me that Pilates is more than exercise—it is a way to restore balance, build strength with grace, and reconnect with inner calm.
I enjoy continuously refining myself and value the growth that comes with structured learning and practice. Through Cloud Studio, I hope to inspire more people to experience the beauty of Pilates and to find their own strength and balance here.
